The Biodegradable Blown Film Extrusion process employs materials such as PLA, PBAT, corn starch, calcium carbonate, and other biodegradable compounds to manufacture vest bags and trash bags. The key advantages of this process are its complete degradability and commitment to environmental sustainability. The die-head features an optimized internal 8-hole inflow feed structure, specifically designed for producing film with biodegradable materials like PLA and PBAT in blown film extrusion applications.

Biodegradable plastic bags can decompose into carbon dioxide, water, methane, and other natural substances, allowing them to reintegrate into the carbon cycle over a specified period and under particular environmental conditions.
