The Rotary Die Dead Blown Film Extrusion machine is engineered for the fabrication of a range of plastic films, including polyethylene variants such as HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE. This equipment consists of an extruder, cylinder, and screw rods made from premium alloy steel that has undergone precise nitriding to increase hardness and enhance corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw optimizes plasticizing efficiency, thereby increasing production capacity. This machine is predominantly used to produce plastic films like LDPE and HDPE, which find extensive applications in food packaging, clothing, trash bags, and shopping bags.
